New Orleans – IT Giant Cisco Systems today at the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Conference in New Orleans released the results of a customer experience study on health care. The report looked at consumer perceptions and health care decision makers on the patient experience in health care.
Among the findings of the study, three quarters of consumers indicate they are comfortable with the idea of communicating with doctors using technology instead of seeing them in person.
